I. Project Description: Saras Composite Wing
SARAS is multi role civil aircraft indigenously designed & developed by National Aerospace Laboratories. The aircraft had metal wing earlier. In order to reduce weight, the design & development of composite wing has been assigned to Advanced Composite Division (ACD) . Entire design is nearing completion & fabrication is in progress. The various tests are carried out on the composite materials & these tests have given positive results with respect to FEM. If the project clears all the necessary tests, which are still going on, will take Indian aerospace Industry to a great height.
The main objective of the work is to design the various Structures parts of composite wing to reduce the weight of the aircraft, includes design of Primary & Secondary structures.

Project Description: MRJ (Mitsubishi Regional Jet)

The MRJ (Mitsubishi Regional Jet) is the next generation regional jet which will offer both top-class operational economy and outstanding cabin comfort.
By featuring a game-changing engine, state-of-the-art aerodynamic design, & noise analysis technology, the MRJ will significantly cut fuel consumption, noise & emissions.
The MRJ will have a four-abreast seat configuration, with large overhead bins, and also feature an innovative slim seat that offers heightened comfort to passengers.
The MRJ family consists of the MRJ90 (90 seat class) and the MRJ70 (70 seat class)
Responsibilities: - Design Modification Of Entire Mid Fuselage Metallic (Machined And Sheet Metal) Components And MBD Technology For Manufacturing (FTA Work Bench) By Using Catiav5 Tool. And Evidence Report for Certification Purpose (PPT)

This test is held for low velocity test for damage tolerance. Prepare the prototype of model and dump the weighted part on component assembly fixture and take the reading for best analysis.

The tooling drawing required for fabrication, so prepare the detail of tooling drawing and their models for future reference.

II. Project Description: LCA (Light Combat Aircraft)

TEJAS Aircraft in other name called as LCA (Light Combat Aircraft) . It is the world's smallest light weight, multirole, supersonic, aircraft designed to meet the stringent requirement of air force. LCA is a multi mission, single seated tactical aircraft. LCA integrates modern design concepts & the state of the art technologies such as tail less, compound delta plan form, fly-by-wire control system & advanced digital cockpit, multi mode radar, integrated avionic systems, advanced composite material for structure, short take-up & landing. LCA has capacity to fit wide range of weapons on it.
