LB-1 Hyperzone Project, 410KTPA, HDPE Project
• Individually Develop Equipment location plan for Rail car loading & unloading area.
• Routing of pellet lines with gamma bends for 6 storage Silo, Rail car loading & washing area.
• Routing of Pellet conveying Piping from Compressor.
• Review Vendor drawing & documents of Coperion (Vendor)
• Project Status updation on Isometric tracker software.
• Import laser scan data of existing plant detail into SP3D/SPR using LFM software .
• Conduct Model review & resolve tags.

J3 Gasification Project
• Developed Unit Plot plan for Steam Super Heater, PSA & Metering unit for DTA/SEZ.
• Modeling of Basic pipe routing in SP3D for Saturated Steam HP Inlet, Super saturated HP Steam Outlet &Boiler feed Water Inlet/Outlet for Super heater.
• Co-ordinate with Stress team for finalizing the Expansion Loops & support.
• Pipe routing of underground Fire water, Potable water & oily water system.
• Routing of Deluge pipes below compressor shelter.

• Checking of Piping General Arrangement drawing for Cooling stack, Scrubber, Condensate tank, Pump house, Storage tank area in BOF shop, Fume Extraction Bag house, Silos, Flare stack & review Vendor data sheets & drawings.
• Responsible for modifying Basic design of Hood car piping with SMS SIEMAG at Head office Germany and Successfully Executed in TATA steel LD-1 Converter.
Construction
• Inspection of Pipes, Fitting & all inline components received at site.
• Fabrication of pipe spool & supports. Erection of Pumps, filter, valve & pipes.
• Inspection of pipe after bath pickling & conduct online pickling for HP oxygen lines.
Commissioning
• Prepare Pipe looping and documents for Hydro test & Pneumatic test.
• Testing, Flushing & commissioning of HP Oxygen, HP Nitrogen, Coke oven gas, LPG, chilled water & utility services for VIZAG steel BOF-3 Expansion.
As-Built
• Develop As built drawings for CONARC furnace in ESSAR, Hazira
