•Planning & procurement of laboratory consumables & preparation of their inventory.
•Quality control Monitoring.
•Maintain quality control documents.
•Training freshers in routine laboratory work.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
•Running daily qc for all Hematology & Biochemistry instrument and sample processing.
•Analysis for BLOOD, CSF, ASITIC FLUID, PLURAL FLUID, ETC,
•Clinical pathology analysis for URINE, SEMEN, STOOL ETC,
•EQAS scheme participation and ILQAS.
•Excellent in training the freshers for routine laboratory work.
