2. Recruitment:
 Conduct searches on recruitment Website Company have subscription in this and gather a good
curriculum vitae for recruitment.
 Conduct searches on internet website for employee inside company.
 Gather C.V from conferences that company participation on it such as: career day in universities.
 Prepare announcement on newspaper asked for a good candidate this is last way to collected C.V.
 Filters applications to produce a desirable candidate pool.
 Sent these C.V to department needed to select candidates and Invited for interview.
 Do interview arrangement, choice a day, time and the place between the candidate and director manager .
 In interview day receipt the candidate and prepare candidate interview form for filling the details and recommendation.
 Conduct candidate interviews as and when required.
 Post after interview and select one prepare offer letter that mention the title, grade and benefits
and negotiation with the candidate on it .

3. Employment procedures:
 Fill employment form that have been confirm from (Quality Assurance).
 Prepare the contract and employment letter.
 Open a new folder for the new employee and but all the document on it.
 Sent this is folder after complete to personnel section.
 Negotiate with the finalist the terms and conditions of the contract
