• Serve as the primary point of contact with banks, managing relationships, negotiating improved
terms, and coordinating account opening, KYC, e-banking setup, and signatory administration.
• Design and oversee treasury control processes, including reconciliations, payment workflows,
and cash governance structures.
• Manage full-cycle accounting for two subsidiaries, including journal entries, reconciliations,
trial balances, account analysis, and financial statement preparation.
• Implemented and automated a full accounting system and developed financial analysis
modules to support structured, audit-ready reporting and management decision-making.
• Member of Financial Bids Examination Committee, evaluating financial proposals, cost
structures, and commercial viability for competitive tenders.
