Key Accomplishments:
• Conducted a full assessment on all platforms for the Royal Saudi Air Force resulting in recommendation forwarded the Royal Saudi Air Force Commander
• Supported different projects in maturing their Safety Management System varying from the air sector to the land sector to the air sector along with acquisitions.
• Supported the flow down of requirements into projects and enhancing the improvement of BAE Systems Saudi Arabia Safety Management System.
• Lead an activity exploring all legacy products and their impact on safety.

• Extending and maintaining extensive knowledge of safety function to meet agreed targets, thus ensuring procedural adherence for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Enforcing obedience to safety regulations/Corporate policies/suggesting up-gradations of equipment to increase efficiency and accuracy, thus ensuring safety requirements and safe working practices are followed and adhered to.
• Ensuring procedural adherence. Resolving unexpected technical difficulties, identifying bottlenecks and effecting systems re-engineering.
• Assisting the seniors in preparing major engineering designs for varied engineering projects, thereby preparing reports and submitting it to the senior management for further recommendations.
• Supported and lead the buildup of the Safety Management System for the Tornado Aircraft Project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieved wide information of the entire airworthiness activities, simultaneously identified damage/ defects, assessed airworthiness and conformance to standards and targets, using checklists, hand tools and test instruments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Oversaw the selection and requisition of materials for use in aircraft maintenance and ensured strict adherence to the maintenance schedule, airworthiness directives and modifications requirements.
• Actively produced various airworthiness management plans along with aiding in the production release to service (Aircraft Flying Manual), thus improved work processes, enhanced quality, efficiency and safety.
• Directed in all activities pertaining to Typhoon Final Assembly Process in conjunction with the aircraft physical characteristics to perform tasks more efficiently.
• Spearheaded an array of activities pertaining to the utilization of common hazard log toolset for typhoon export projects across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman and Qatar across Military Air Information..
• Proficiently contributed in standardization of the hazard management system across the entire export sub projects, thus ensured safe and hazard free environment.
• Kept abreast of top level safety management plans and utilized the potential of the same to respond to the distinctive needs of the Salam Prime Contract Office.

• Evaluated supplier’s quality management plans and implemented corrective changes for quality management system and maintaining accuracy.
• Attained sound knowledge of and produced quality management plans and accordingly setting up action plans to ensure quality activies in line with company standards.
• Generated various documents illustrating level of compliance for 12 Depth Shops for smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
• Assumed responsibility for various meetings’ design reviews and kept updates of all departmental activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards and guidelines.
• Supported the buildup of the Safety Management System for the Typhoon Aircraft Project.
• Created a set of documents illuminating level of compliance against defense standard, thus streamlined the preparation of a safety case report document, ascertaining that safety requirements and safe working practices are followed and adhered to.
• Responsible for providing safety management system awareness session for all Salam employees elaborating over the functionality of the safety management system, awareness and emergency procedures that ensures employees, environment and product safety.
• Instrumental in producing an internal assurance policy document by means of engineering systems to ensure smooth functioning in an efficient and effective manner.

• Assisted in the entire process of designing and manufacturing of Ultra Light Airplane in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the design of body parts of Ultra Light Airplane by means of Catia software, thus applied appropriate technologies and design methodologies to design the body parts.
• Demonstrated sound knowledge in CNC-5 axis machine for seamless functioning of activities leading to optimal growth chart of the organization.

• Gained extensive knowledge of Carbon Fiber Ultralight airplane process with focus on improving overall work performance within established standards and guidelines.
• Actively involved in the structure and installation of Carbon Fiber and Fiber Glass on the airplane's body parts to consistently chart out long term goals and objectives.
