Also I controller Manpower Forecast (MFL) all projects.

Jeddah Stormwater Drainage Program (JSDP) project
This is project involves the design and construction for Dams, Channel and Box culvert in Jeddah city under the management of Saudi Aramco.
• Prepares weekly for report Prince KHALED ALFAISAL overall project for progress, manpower direct indirect, man-hours, quantity, equipment, test, Photo with details.
• Scope of work includes working as Sr. Site Planner/Schedule PKG13, Project controls engineer and Planning construction Supervision for contract construction.
• Checking progress in the site how many man power and making report daily and weekly
• Prepares daily and weekly reports for Airport channel
• Conduct technical evaluation for resumes
• Monitoring of ConstructionMan-hours shown on S-Curves and Histograms.
• Assisting to Senior Planning Engineer / Project Engineer to develop and maintain project schedule (EPC schedule),

Tracking & Updating Progress using the earned Value Method in a spread sheet from using data imported from P3.
​•​Develop project proposal schedule and Preliminary detail design schedule using Primavera (P3) and Microsoft Project 2003.
​•​Preparing & update the schedule weekly and prepare the schedule update reports.
​•​Monitoring of Man-hours shown on S-Curves and Histograms.
​•​Good experience with different type of project such as Sulfur Recovery unit (SRU) Gas Oil Separator (GOSP); TEG Dehydration Units & Oil and gas projects.
​•​Inter face with all disciplines such as Process, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Civil/Structural
​•​Assisting to Senior Planning Engineer / Project Engineer to develop and maintain project schedule.(EPC schedule)
​•​Preparing Weekly & Monthly progress report with S Curve & Histogram
​•​Preparing Two weeks look ahead schedule
​•​Assisting to Project Engineer for Proposal Engineering Statistics (PES) submit to S.Aramco every quarter.

•​Coordination with Contractors and Vendors for daily operations
​•​Prepare progress reports submitted to project management
​•​Assume office administrations responsibilites
