Working as an admin assistant almost like the beginning but with more responsibilities:
Taking care for all engineer requirements under my dept.
Sharing services with people during T/A (Turn Around) 2018.
Giving an advices for the new COOP & new employees and prepare their offices & stuff.
Full authorities into systems like SAP & ECM.
Preparing G/P for department visitors and bring them to the concerned person.
Coordinate with IT group for any network errors or problems.
Responsible for upper management duties.
Working as governmental accounts executive in Bahra advanced cables ltd, where I am responsible for the following activities:
Making quotation and sales orders
Making material release documents
Follow up with planning and production
Conducting inspections for finished material
Making the invoices.
Preparing all the documents of the new tenders and attend the opening.
Visiting companies to show up some of our products.
In fact, I'm working here as an admin assistant for ES organization specifically with payroll & Benefits Department. I am coming here everyday at 7:00 am and check my email address then I arrange our conference room if there is any meeting it' should be clean. Also, I'm a contacting person between our department and executive department.
