• Went throw a rotation and worked as manager in five separated department (Supply & Demand, After Sales, Events & Marketing, Retail, Whole Seles, Accessories).
• Supply & demand: Worked on making forecast for each brand and determine the specification for the brands based on market study.
• After Sales: Planning early for any new brand and reviewing and follow the SOP for improve the guest experience.
• Events & Marketing: Worked in outside marketing like events whether it was launch event or brand marketing event.
• Retail: Worked at TOYOTA & LEXUS centers as sales acting sales manager, service manager, used cars manager.
• Whole Seles: worked with sales team for (cars and spare parts, also sitting target for each month, bring a new customers.
• Accessories: Worked with suppler of accessories parts and find a new suppler with lower price and high quality.
• Worked on creating fuel demands quantity forecasts for several months in both Oil Tanker Trucks and Ships.
• Worked on creating a delivery schedule that would keep all tanks level in the power plants on the safe side.
• Reviewing and evaluating monthly KPI achievement and producing an end of month spreadsheet.
• Reviewing and evaluating monthly invoices to ensure the non-existences of budget deficits.
• Wrote and ensured the accuracy of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports regarding imported fuels, consumed power, tank levels, annual inventory and recommendations.
