Manage all on site repair, maintenance and test tasks.
· Do all required activities by company PC System (Maximo & Epicor).
· Assist Maintenance manager in annual budget.
· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
· Produce timely and detailed service reports.
· Document processes.
· Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
· Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
· Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
· Makes sure that the preventive maintenance is done on schedule as per the manufacturer advise.
· Keep stock of required spare parts, calculate maintenance costs and prepare their budgets.
· Stay in touch with suppliers for any unexpected fault in the system.
· Got trained from suppliers and train other team members.
· Control and supervise both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Supervise technicians staff.
Apply maintenance types on machines as planed.
Monitoring spare parts stock.
Contacting with outside suppliers and workshops.
