Human Resources & Recruitment Officer

•Participate in the implementation of recruitment strategies and processes
•Partner with Recruitment Manager and Deans of Colleges in order to better understand their needs for a new role and assess long and short term staffing goals
•Manage the entire recruitment process for 3 Vocational Colleges based in KSA
•Identify, source, screen (around 100 CV’s per day), interview (15 per week), provide proactive and timely feedback & recommendation to hiring managers, and recruit candidates including faculty, managerial and admin positions
•Communicate and work directly with third party recruitment/staffing agencies
•Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs and training workshops
•Draft and revise job descriptions
•Generate weekly status updates for the Deans of 3 colleges while providing ongoing reporting regarding the status of current candidates in the recruitment process
•Update status recruitment reports on a weekly basis for our recruitment agencies
•Participate in the implementation and design of new HR system/software to be launched
•Communicate with potential candidates and answer queries
•Post job ads on multiple job portals
•Liaise with relevant HR departments based in the U.S and KSA
•Enhancing Laureate’s brand by networking and building long-term relationships with relevant institutions to attract candidates
•Endure that the recruitment process is in compliance with the country regulations and organization policies
