• Ensure the completion of all USF-I (United States Forces in Iraq) and GZ (Green Zone) Badges application forms, turn in them, get appointments, arrange trips to the IZ (International Zone).
• Ensure to provide an effective detailed tracking.
• Ensure the completion of all the visa forms for the EXPAT’s; get the visa approvals from the MOI “Ministry of Interior” and coordinate with the US embassy in Iraq regarding that matter; and follow up with the logistics assistant and make sure to get the visas from the Immigration Office at the shortest time.
• Follow up on the regulation of the Iraqi Government on visas and residency for foreigners; update management on any new laws.
• Keep an accurate records and files on USF-I / GZ Badges, Common Access Cards (CAC), visas and all necessary information for the EXPAT’s.
• Submit the weekly report of USF-I / GZ Badges, CAC cards and Visas.
• Update database on all EXPAT’s personal information, visas and USF-I badges status.
• Keep an accurate filling system of all the necessary information for the EXPAT’s.
• Follow up and monitors the maintenance issues and catered services with the SGS (Sallyport Global Services: a contracted security and life support provider company) Life Support department, monitoring the job when needed.
• Submits bimonthly and monthly meal reports to the COP (Chief of Party), DCOP (Deputy chief of party), and both MSI and SGS finance departments.
• Submits a weekly Expat’s leave report to the COP, DCOP’s, administration management and SGS operations management.
• Reporting to the CAO (Chief Administrative Officer) for all duties and administrative related activities and work closely with administration team, other Tatweer staff and SGS.
• Coordinate convoys movement with SGS PSD’s (Private Security Details) to the IZ, BIAP (Baghdad International Airport) and short/long Red Zone missions.
