My job at Dounia Magazine has included :
• Creating sales team from professional companies.
• Leading the sales team on a plan to reach the sales target.
• Making the financial statements for the work by estimating
Annual profit and target built on a professional research
for the local market.
• making improvement plans for the magazine by creating
a new identity for the magazine which has made a strong feedback .
• Creating and leading a marketing strategy for the magazine
Within the various kinds of media.
• Training new employees.
• Building the main rules for my directorate.
I was responsible for marketing and selling advertisements for the English language
Magazine of (WHAT'S ON SYRIA) which is one of the United Group activities In Syria
My work at UG included :
• Searching for new VIP clients by being up to date with local market.
• Daily meetings with VIP clients .
• Daily reports about daily sales and visits.
• Studying the company marketing strategy with the sales team.
• Sharing the marketing team in increasing data of VIP clients.
