Perform a wide range of system management duties on database, application and other servers including install, debug, maintain, upgrade, and general support.
Development of IT standards as per request.
Install and configure IT systems and networks on floor wise.
Good experience in LAN management. proxy and windows 2008 R2/2012 servers and VPN.
Networks, network hardware configuration, network maintenance, network performance tuning.
Working with Active directory and Exchange servers.
ERP application support and administration.
Web server’s configuration, web hosting, file server configuration.
Firewalls network management and troubleshooting.
Evaluate, test, and deploy all software and hardware upgrades to the server infrastructure.
Proactive monitoring of all servers, applications and services using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLA’s.
Responsibility for documenting and the configuration of the system.
Assist in developing, implementing, testing and maintaining server level disaster recovery plans.
Interface with vendors for procurement & maintenance of all IT infrastructures.
Clients level Administration and support.
Perform regular and on-demand system backups and recoveries. Testing new software, windows patches, configuring applications.
Problem management, analysis of frequently occurred incidents. Responsibility for security.
Collect and review system data for capacity and planning purposes.
Network administration and DBA (Data Base Administration).
Responsibility of network analysis and basic designing.
Manage & troubleshoot networks, intranet & internet connectivity throughout the organization
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging server tools and technologies.
Research, evaluate and recommend system technologies to support business requirements.
Rigorously create and maintain documentation for all processes and procedures.
Providing technical insight and expertise to support the development of electronics products and integrated software solutions.
Perform as the main point of contact between the business and IT.
Provides technical input into business cases and development plans.
Translating business requirements in to Technical requirements.
Development and implementation of e-product platforms and project management of IT development work
Work closely with team members, marketing & Technical support team & clients.
E-business and e-commerce development and management.
