Monitor KPI & SLA to meet Client satisfaction
Making report daily, monthly, technical analysis

To plan the routine maintenance of electrical equipment (MDB,
SMDB, DB, KNX lighting system, transformer, DG, UPS, MCC panel,
CCTV, BATTERY BANK)
Routine maintenance of mechanical equipment (chiller plant,
AHU, Exhaust fan, FCU, pump room, fire pump system, domestic
water booster pump system)
To perform plan preventive maintenance & corrective
maintenance.
Follow up Maximo work order in shift
Installation, operation & maintenance of ups
I do tool box training every month with team
Make monthly report every month
To check the entire work Operation and maintenance of electrical
system, HT panel, LT panel, PLC panel, VFD panel, UPS, BATTERY
BANK etc.
To handle critical situation of operation and maintenance Reduce
minimum breakdown also reduce minimum time take repair.
Breakdown analysis and solve problem
Manage workforce & workflow
Maintains and updates operating and training manuals of
maintenance department.
Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and
machinery.
