Responsibilities

Looking overall Region's Operations including all Managers Sales/Receivable, Marketing and After Sales Services, Hyper Channels teams and report to GM at Head Office.

Current Business: Maintain and Building up strong relationship with the existing network in Sale and Receivable, in addition to support and make sure in achieving Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Targets.

New Business Opportunities: Support sales team in field to extend Dealers/Distributers Channel Network for new Business and maximize Market share.


Dealers Channel/ Distributers Network: Make sure to maintain existing network to insure to achieve Given KPI targets. Continual working to further induct Key Market players in network for notable growth in sales/Revenue increase.
Marketing Management: Keep eye on and to make sure intact all ATL/BTL especially inside Showrooms Product Display and in shop positioning (Display walls, best visible display location)
Display shop Boards provided by company.
Always looking best visible place to grab for ATL activities specially for main markets (as per company’s given budget)
Monthly Brand Promotion: As per company’s given direction before start of every month make a monthly brand promotion plan with the Marketing Head and offer/Apply on company’s Dealers/Distributers sales network for consumers, to make sure increase sellout and to minimize the risk of stock stuckage, and product reach to the end user.
Sellout Project: Brainstorming/Training give to team and the Network to change their mindset to focus on sellout instead of sell-in to achieve the given Targets.

Training: Conduct time to time new product information/training for Company’s Sales/Marketing team and Channel sales/marketing teams.

Promotions & Activities: Actively support Marketing Department to participate in Exhibitions, Cultural, Sports and TV Media promotions of TCL Brand

To overall monitoring Frequently visit in the Region.

Reporting: Continual communication with Higher Management as a part of Management, to betterment of the Region's Operations in all terms.
