Duties
Setting up new Commercial / Contract department, Developed Procurement System & Cost Codes.
Cost value reconciliation (CVR). Budget Monitoring. Profit Plan, Producing BOQ and Costing
Tender Management. Payments / Claims, Comparison of Specification and Material Procurement.
Drafted Contract of Main Contractor, Lift Consultant, Asbestos Survey & Principal Designer.
Drafted Contracts for Cladding materials, Core drilling, Scaffolding, Sprinkler System, Dry lining
Asbestos Removal etc. Preparing Scope matrix and Price matrix. Risk management.
Coordination with Finance team. Assisting Architects and Designers in Value engineering.
Understanding Fire strategy to develop Scope matrix and negotiation with designers.
Understanding regulations / Bylaws & Statutory Compliances (CDM Regulations, Insurances etc.).
Mixed scheme to develop Multi-storey Residential Building and Commercial Spaces and Hotel.
Project Management, Commercial and Contracts Management, Reporting to Management.
Local Procurement and Material Selection, Coordination with Sub-Contractors. Payments and Claims.
