Responsibilities:
★ My role here includes coordinating, taking requirements from 11 sections of our office from IT & software requirement perspective.
★ Analyzing their requirements and charting these requirements in the order of their feasibility and priority.
★ Planning a road map and timeline for the development, testing, and deployment along with resource requirement analysis.
★ Developing prototypes for final approval from all the sections for their modules and pieces.
★ Coordinating with the finance office for the funds that we collect through OAPS.
★ Coordinating with Nationalized Bank teams of ICICI Bank, Payment Gateway TPSL for smooth and efficient working of online payments.
Projects Completed:
★ Designed and developed Online Application Processing System (OAPS) from scratch using the latest standards of MVC, PSR, and there have been 3 major revisions to this application.
★ Designed and developed the backend Admin Panel for (OAPS) for the use of our internal staff in processing the data.
★ Used bootstrap to design responsive web application with analysis of user's behavior on our website.
★ Taking, analyzing the requirements of the client, structuring and documenting them.
★ Preparing the SRS documents and prioritizing the development order.
★ Recommending the stack and SDLC to be used for the development of the solutions.
★ Designed, developed the Hospital & Laboratory Information System which included
working with teams from SIEMENS, NIHON KOHDEN for Interfacing their machines with
the software.
★ Designed and Implemented Blood Bank Desk, a software aimed at preventing frauds by
donors.
★ Designed Cancer Patient Register as per the requirements of the client and implemented
the directive, policies laid down by GoI (Government of India) for storing, maintaining
such information.
★ Designed customized Billing Solution specially meant for Radio-Diagnostics
establishments.
