Site Management & Operations: Spent extended periods based on mine sites to oversee and directly manage logistics, procurement operations, and supplier relationships. Procurement specialist having proven track records on Asset (Heavy machinery and other construction equipments) & spare parts purchases, Inventory management, CAPEX & OPEX Budgeting, Payables Budgeting, Facility management, Vendor Management, Third party (Adnoc/DAC/Takhreer etc.) certification management etc.
Handling sales and Trading of spareparts for heavy machines, AWP and Automobiles.

 Raise purchase orders from MRP system ensuring timely placement and delivery of
components in the line with
 Production planning requirements.
 Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning
requirements.
 Review data including sales trends, research demand drivers, material on time
delivery, commodity spends within dedicated production cell.
 Bulk buying, Analytical reviewing & setting up Re-Order, Safety & Minimum stock
levels.
 Coordinate research data to identify variances, Share, communicate and report on
variances to both internal and external supply chain.
 Maintain and create statistical reports, Gather and analyse validate data, Share data
with relevant departments and external suppliers.
 Predict Service delivery failure and implement corrective actions and maintain close
follow-up record.
 Review of non-moving and surplus stocked items creates opportunity for sale of
over stock materials
