I am responsible for issuing invoices for hospitals and pharmacies, answering their questions, processing returns, resolving problems, in addition to the drugs and medical equipment inventory according to ISO.
I had to carry out exchange transactions following the settled procedures, obeying the legal procedures and attaining excellence in customer care. I was responsible for the direct contact with customers and, as the face of the company; I was offering the customers the highest level of care and instilling trust in them.
Acknowledging customers promptly by handling their queries and complaints.
Providing vital assistance to project managers.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Detailed Analysis and preparation of reports.
I was required to complete 144 credited hours. 60% of the course load in Italian language and literature. The remaining 40% is dedicated to English language and literature.
