• Provided technical assistance to vulnerable beneficiaries including women, IDPs, persons with disabilities and members of minority groups to support them in developing their businesses through the Empowering Vulnerable Iraqis through Entrepreneurship program, part of the USAID-funded Foras program.
• Arranged networking meetings for beneficiaries to assist them in building the networks they need for success in business.
• Provided of organizational and logistical support to RI’s team and trainers.
• Responsible for monitoring, reporting and communication.
• Conducted outreach with local NGOs (LNGOs) offering services to vulnerable groups in order to select beneficiaries.
● Implemented series of assessment workshops using coaching criteria for targeted LNGOs to help them in the operation of organization development under the Broadening Participation in Civil Society (BPCS) program funded by USAID and managed by Mercy Corps.
● Coordinated and implemented hub activities (BPCS Program) which help LNGs to be more communicating with thee civil society by making this LNGO as a Hub place such as teaching kids theater, painting outdoor, journalism for youth, .etc).
● Coordinate with LNGOs to implement LNGOs achievements Fair Activities, one at 2013 and the other at 2014.
● Implemented series of Organizational Development Plans workshops based on results of assessment workshops with M.H team using (The Wheel and Coaching criteria).
● Follow up the progress of the targeted LNGOs according to their O.D plans.
● Conducted field visits to micro finance projects to implement studies about income, outcome of the project and domestic budgets in order to identify the amount of duration of loans.
● Followed up with clients during loan period and after repayment to ensure the repayment and the developing of the project.
● Promoted the organization’s services to potential clients.
● As a loan officer I directed the fund operation to serve the vulnerable groups especially womem by analyzing and choosing the right loans.
● Designing and preparing the designs and bills of quantities for the constructional and mechanical projects.
● Supervising on implementing the projects, managing the relationship between the contractors and the foundation beneficiary (Babylon Agriculture directorate).
● Managing and coordinating the daily work of the engineering team (11 engineers and technician), organizing the applications of maintenance of machines, generators and automobiles.
● Attended meetings of the province and directorate regarding ongoing work and future planning.
● Cooperating with the poor farmers of Abu-Gharak field to implementing the agricultural plan (quantity and quality of agricultural products which government put) through organizing the movement of agricultural machines and the fuel share.
● Managing and led the NEW HOLLAND company program for maintain the agricultural machines in Abu-Gharak field (FIAT Tractors).
