Im working for the last 5 years in the hotel's reservations and operations in both inbound and outbound in DOTW ( part of Naouri Group ).
- make reservations on/off line
- handle all the agents and guests requests
- make invoices
-advise for trips
A front office agent in the spa:
- Make the booking and reservations for all the spa treatment
- Make check in/out for the guests
- Deal with all accountant papers
- Receive all the phone calls
- Explaining about the Spa facilities and make tours
Sales person in the gift shop:
- Sales
- Make inventories
- Deal with all accountant papers and cash
- make displays
- Data entary for all the items
