Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conducting the Pre tender estimates and assist in the procurement of a project.
• Managing all the commercial aspects of the project till closing of final accounts.
• Coordinating with Design & Construction team and track the quantities with respect to actual executed to estimate.
• Carry out monthly valuation of work in progress and prepare monthly Client payment application.
• Issuing the notices of claims and prepare the cost estimate on various change orders as per the design change arises during the progress of project.
