Role in Magic Software Pvt. Ltd : Here I am working as a desktop support engineer:
Handling two branches consisting of around 450 desktop, 100 workstation, 75 laptop and 30 MAC machine .
• Provide Desktop and Network label support.
• Providing support for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all types of windows operating system with different-different language like German, Italian, PTB, Hangerion, Japanese, Greece, Spanish, Korean etc. (Win2K, Win XP, Win Vista, Win7, Linux).
• Installation & up gradation and troubleshooting of Windows, Linux & MAC O/s.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Local Printer and Network printer.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of MS Outlook, Outlook Express & Windows Mail.
• Installation and troubleshooting of application software (Flash, Photoshop, Corel DRAW, My SQL, Visual Studio, Flex Builder, SVN Clients, VSS, MS Office).
• Creating and deployment policy as per requirement.
• Remotely installation & Troubleshooting of application software.
• Troubleshooting on LAN & Wi-Fi Connectivity.
• Creating and troubleshooting of virtual server and Local virtual machine on Hyper V, VMware & VM Player .
• Data backup, Uploading and downloading the data through FTP & DAP application
• Asset management -keep tracking , verification of all assets in the parlaying branches which is assign to me.
• Vendors Billing and Payment Processing.
• Responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows OS, Macintosh, Linux, Fedora, Ubuntu and Application software’s. (All languages)
• Managing Hyper V server.
• Inventory of Hardware, Software and Networking Devices.
• Configure virtual server & virtual machine.

• Here I am Handling around 400 desktop, 50 workstation, 30 laptop and 10 MAC machine which was covered by Computer Junction.
• Provide Desktop label support.
• Providing support for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all types of windows operating system with different-different language like German, Italian, PTB, Hangerion, Japanese, Greece, Spanish, Korean etc. (Win2K, Win XP, Win Vista, Win7, Linux).
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Local Printer and Network printer.

• Provide remote support to other branches through VNC, RDP and Dame ware utility.
