- Attracting the customer to take the most suitable package for him.
- Provide all the details of so many different bundles.
- Meet the sales target every month.
- Maintain the loads of customers with the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Relationship officer
- Ensure that customers, enquiries, problems, requests & complaints are efficiently, professionally and timely resolved or escalated in order to meet SLAs requirements.
- Interrogation/Logging of all problems/solutions ensuring their continuous update in order to enhance problem resolution.
- Maintain routing and re-assigning of problems to others as appropriate while holding overall responsibility for problem resolution.
- Provide customers with a fast, efficient and professional problem
resolution service.
- Log all problems and their solutions into an electronic Helpdesk package.
