• Analysis and making recommendations for the best practices currently used in PPP projects tendering.
• Exchange of knowledge and expertise with relevant and similar regional entities.
• Management of risks associated with tendered and future PPP projects.
• Coordination and working with public entities regarding risks that may disrupt tendered PPP projects.
• Evaluation of risks and their effects on the bankability and economic feasibility of PPP projects.
• Cross-examination between risks related to PPP projects and the level of compliance in order to reduce negative effect.
• Cooperation with Training and Development section in exploring means to develop human capacities.
• Meeting with diplomatic and business delegations and exchanging views on how to engage their local participants in Kuwaits PPP scheme.
• Management and conductance of yearly awareness workshops and dialogue sessions with public and private entities regarding PPP program in Kuwait.

Such engagement involved introduction of the potential of such trade, benefits and incentives to engage in it, facilitate such trade through development of procedures and manuals as well as introduction of user friendly web-based trading platform. Aside from that, coordination between the GCC states utilities required diplomatic and political interfacing through policy papers, dialogue and comprehension of common interests and benefits to all involved parties.

• Signing of the PPP Agreement and Financial Close of Um Al Hayman Wastewater treatment Plant in 2020.
• Direct Management, discussion panel moderation, material preparation and organization of the 2nd GCCIA power trading forum, May 28-29th, 2013 in Dubai, UAE.
• Specifications design, agreement drafting, project management, and implementation of the first web-based Electricity Marketing Management System (EMMS) in the GCC region to promote and support power trading through the GCC Interconnector.
• Management, material preparation and coordination for the GCC Trading officers semi-annual meetings.
• Facilitation, negotiation, and processing of the first cross-border commercial power trading transactions using the GCC Interconnector, (July 2011 - October 2011).
• Representation of Kuwait MEW in the legal and commercial agreements drafting, operations team and Operations committee for the GCC Interconnection during the period of (April 2008 - April 2011).
