•Completing the project within the budget, on time and to the international quality standard that results in both ENPPI and Client satisfaction/requirement.
•Attending Management Meetings reviewing the progress of the project, procurement and engineering status and taking the minutes of the meeting.
•Administrate any concerns and claims of the client and reply formally any questions or comments.
•Preparing and issuing Monthly Progress Reports.
•Organizing technical meetings between project engineering leaders and vendors concerning the project’s commodities and taking the minutes of the meeting.
•Performing Risk Assessment Sessions and Conducting Risks Monitoring and Controlling.
