•Develop and implement communications strategy.
•Set and manage the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy.
•Assess market opportunities.
•Nurture strategic relationships with decision makers & potential clients.
•Gather market and potential client information.
•Carry out business development activities and prepare proposals and pre-qualifications as required.
•Follow up and review projects’ terms of references and submit clarifications to clients as needed.
•Assist with the development of the contracts and coordinate with the contract administration department and the mother company to ensure that all project requirements are covered.
•Ensure that the company’s brand and image is properly maintained and implemented on all its press releases, stationary, gifts, events, etc.
•Manage and administer all company’s events from a communication point of view.
•Budget and implement corporate communications strategy.
•Organize and assist in events, conferences and exhibitions.
•Manage relationship with Advertising and PR agencies.
-Organize the PR department, and assist in the tasks related to the PR team.
-Arrange for meetings, and events in coordination with second and third parties.
-Communicate with other departments \[including the Executive\] on updates on action plans for issues relating to PR department.
-Coordinate with the Industry members to promote the sector export effectively both regionally and internationally
