Responsible for preparing Time Schedule & Cost baselines (Budget and cash flow), applying project progress (Activities progress and actual costs for each period from ERP System - Oracle Financial) to time schedule and calculate SPI. CPI, Variances. Make analysis to find out the root cause of variances and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Implementing Oracle Projects as the Functional Manager
Responsible for planning and Implementing of MIS Requirements & Improvement, implementation of new system (Attendance Reporting System, Oracle Financial System) Procurement, installation, testing and maintenance of all computer and networks peripherals.
Duties
• Creating Project Time Schedule using Primavera application
• Creating & updating project schedule to show Planned Value, Earned Value, variance and current and target project finish dates,
• Weekly and monthly overhead schedule.
PMP Certificate, From PMI ( Project Management Institute, USA ) in March 2014. PMP Aims to finish projects on time, within approved budget and according to the required specification by applying integration management between Scope, Quality, Procurement, HR , Stakeholder, Risk and Communication Management Systems
