Business Development / Marketing

Channel Management
* Establishing strategic alliance/ tie-up with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetrating and reach.
* Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplish the revenue and collection targets.
* Providing assistance to channel partners by conducting training program; ensuring seamless delivery of quality products & services in the market.

Peoples Management
* Recruiting, training & monitoring performance of the team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual and group targets.
* Conducting meeting for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.

Key Responsibility:
• Promote the product of Drainage & Manhole Cover & Frame and Channel Grate & Frame.

• Achieving the sales targets and discover new markets for increase market share.
• Maintains Reports & records of the customers projects wise
• Maintain good relation with customers.
• Making plan for proper visibility of brand i.e. in companies & customers.
• Responsible for making good Brand of SAUDI CAST in the market through assuring good service on time service

Significant Highlights:
• Mapped New Market including Hail, Al Qassim, Najran, Ynabu, Abha, Jizan.
• Approved new projects like Princess Noura University, Jizah Housing Immigration, King Abdullah University and King Khalid University Abha and Saudi Arabia National Guard.
