• Planning and scheduling the equipment for monthly maintenance, inspections & tests.
• Update the Maintenance Management System (MMS-IBM-Maximo) with all work details to plan material and manpower requirements for optimizing the resources and minimize the down time of the equipment.
• Record the corrective action taken, initiate paperwork for applicable recharges.
• To collate the information about the inspections and work being performed and maintain its record by using MS excel, paper work and Maximo.
• Ensure the work orders are updated on the MMS to record the task carried out.
• Ensure the equipment down time and up time status has changed during the grounding and releasing respectively.
• Liaise with the engineering tool store and its related planning activities.
• Estimating and preparing the documents for tools, PPE and FOC items procurement.
• Responsible to raise the purchase request plans to P&L team for new tools and its following ups and GRN related activities.
• Responsible to monitor the calibration and load test of the tools and maintain its records.
• Maintain the records of damaged and scrapped tools from store.
• Assisting the aircraft technician or engineer in the IX base maintenance hangar TRV
• Assisting the aircraft technician or engineers for headset communication, walk around inspection, refueling, oil replenishing.
• Maintenance carried out on Airbus: 320-200, 321-200 and
330- 200, Boeing: 737-800, 777-200, 777-300ER, 777F.
• Processing of all the payroll on a Monthly basis.
• Managing payroll and other tasks relating to staff wages.
• Establishing stationary requirements for the Office.
• Maintaining suitable and sufficient office stationary levels.
• Coordinating and communicating activities for the Office, including all employee events.
• Filed and maintained accounting and payroll records.
• Distributed pay slips on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for maintaining and performing preventive maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Handle responsibilities of inspecting and repairing ground service equipment.
• Perform the tasks of modifying and troubleshooting necessary equipment to support operation.
• Assigned responsibilities of modifying ground equipment, replacing bearings, and servicing compressed air systems.
• Responsible for testing and operating ground equipment to ensure smooth performance.
• Complete all repairs and maintenance work to the company with standard procedure.
• Examine vital components including landing gear and hydraulic systems to locate problems such as cracks, leaks…
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble the engine.
• Meet tight repair deadlines to ensure no service disruption & aircraft depart on schedule.
• Maintenance carried on Pratt and Whitney PT6A-21 & Pratt and Whitney PT6A-135 engines.
• Assigned the tasks of repairing and diagnosing helicopter components by using applicable testing equipment.
• Performed the tasks of marshalling the helicopter
• Responsible for assisting assembling engine of helicopter.
• Assigned the tasks of assisting staff in installing and adjusting aircraft components.
• Responsible for handling other essential work by following standard work procedures.
• Maintenance carried on BELL 47-G3B2 & BELL 47-G2 with Allison 250-c18 jet engine & 6 cylinder piston engine
