• 1999 Up To Date I work as Hematology & Blood Transfusion Head Department.
At Laboratory Administration, Ministry Of Health, Khartoum State.
• 1999 up to date I work as Hematology & Blood Transfusion Head Department. at Laboratory Administration, Ministry Of Health, Khartoum State doing the following activities: o Follow up of all quality activities (IQAP, Calibrations, Validation, and Corrective Action) in hospitals, health centers, and private sectors in concern with hematology &blood transfusion medicine.
o Preparation, distribution to participants, collection of results, analysis of data, and feedback report of EQAP samples & slides to all hematology laboratories at Khartoum state.
o Checking of standard operation procedure (SOPs) of Laboratory Administration, Ministry Of Health, Khartoum State prepared by hospital hematology staff.
o Training of technician, lab specialist, Phlebotomy in hospital, health centers, and private sectors.
o Coordinate of Laboratory Administration plan tenders and reports.
o Selection of Laboratory Administration hematology & blood transfusion instruments, reagent and equipments.
o TOT trainer for hematology an blood transfusion medicine.
• 1997 to 1998 I work as medical Laboratory specialist in Khartoum Teaching Hospital. Khartoum, Sudan.
• 2004-2008 work as senior lab specialist in Sudanese center for dialysis & kidney disease.
• 2001-2004 I Work as Laboratory head department in moawda center for dialysis & Surgery.

Responsibilities: • In Khartoum Teaching Hospital Laboratories, at 1997 I was assigned for the routine laboratory work including, BFFM, TWBCS, HB%, Urine General, Stool General, &ESR.
• Then I promoted to the Central Laboratory duties, including Microbiology, Hematology, Serology, Blood bank &Chemical pathology, for two year.
• Quality manager of Khartoum state blood banks.
• One year a post graduate Diploma in Hematology AlzaamElazhary University Khartoum state, Sudan, 2008.
• Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Science (Hematology & Blood Transfusion) from Oudurman Ahlia University, Khartoum state, Sudan, with grade Pass, 1997.
• Primary School in Almamoun Primary School Abudhabi UAE. • Intermediate school in Almoutanabi Intermediate School Abudhabi UAE. • High Secondary School in Alauroba High Secondary School in Sharjah UAE, 1986
