• Overall responsible for all Quality Control activities as per the project specification.
• Take charge of all QA/QC documentation as per specification, in line with PQP/ITP/MS.
• Take charge of all site inspection for Civil, Structural and Architectural works.
• Preparing WIR (Work Inspection Request) for all civil activities.
• Preparing MIR ( Materials Inspection Requests) and conduct inspection of raw materials delivered at site and review if material in line with per approved material submittal & as per specification requirements.
• Coordinating with construction engineers and PMT (Project Management Team) & Project Inspection Department (PID) for inspection of each activity for client approval.
• Co-ordinate with construction activities as per ITP and project specification.
• Conduct surveillance and pre inspection of work to ensure that the executions on site will comply with the approved shop drawing, specification, material submittals, method of statement and other requirement.
• Preparing method statements and maintaining complete quality control records.

• Co-ordinate with Consultant regarding the site activities as per standard.
• Direct involvement with regard to Quality Control on materials, inspection and testing.

• Conduct surveillance and pre inspection of work to ensure that the executions on site will comply with the approved shop drawing, specification, material submittals, method of statement and other requirement.
• Preparing method statements and maintaining complete quality control records.
• Implementing method statements and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for site works.
• To follow up NCR issued and ensured necessary curative and corrective action is taken in the defined period to avoid its recurrence.
• Inspection of technical materials received.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed, are in accordance with the specifications.
• Co-ordinate with third party laboratory and arrange the required test on site.
• Investigate problem areas related to quality in order to prevent poor quality.
• Reviewing the customer complaints and taking corrective action to avoid its recurrence.
• Liaise with the contractor’s field staff and Third party laboratory to ensure that all required testing has been performed as per standard.
• Reporting all related activities to QA/QC manger.
