Vendor Management and Business Process
Job Description:-
* Manage and coordinate the CPE operational infrastructure of METCO.
* Participate in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
* Prepare operational analyses and reports and audit current procedures to monitor and
improve efficiency of operations.
* Manage the day-to-day activities of one or more CPE department line operations.
* Arrange and supervise training to the engineering staff
* Maintain high profile within assigned trade industry segment as well as the community with
those likely to produce business for METCO.
* Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring compliance with METCO’s
policies and regulations
* Oversee the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem
resolution; evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions;
motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
* Provide advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation and
evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems and procedures.
* Represent the organization at various community and/or business meetings.
* Oversee the development of operating goals and objectives for the department;
recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance operations.
Job Description:-
* Provide technical inputs to prepare presentation, proposal & bids.
* Produce Bill of Quantity material document based on recommended
engineering solution.
* Provide sales support by visiting customers with existing sales/account
executive.
* Carry out response for CTC tender/bid document preparation.
* Ensure sales proposal is based on customer required solution.
* Ensure, track and follow up project/installation/completion
