Other Responsibilities: · Reviewing and reconciling accounts. · Processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. · Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data. · Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers. · Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc. · Preparing regular financial and administrative reports.

4.issuing students degree certificates & transcripts.
5. uploading students results to edexcel Pearson
& cross checking.
6. Preparing supplier payments & transfer to
relevant bank accounts,
7. Daily Petty cash handling,
Itemizes and totals purchases by recording prices, departments, and taxable and nontaxable items; operating a ERP system POS.
Collects payments by accepting cash, card or charge payments from customers; makes change for cash customers.
Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of work shift.
Provides pricing information by answering questions.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers,
Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
Collect payments whether in cash or credit
Issue receipts, refunds, changes, or tickets
Redeem stamps and coupons,
Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information,
Greet customers when entering or leaving the store Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas,
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies, Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
