Project Description: Project Management Consultancy services team to Al Rajhi Investment for
mixed-use development including of five-star hotel with Commercial Shops & Offices
Duties Included:
* Verify the certified interim payment certificate for main contractor & supervision
consultant monthly fee with all supporting documents and a recommendation to client.
* Ensure that the interim payments are in accordance as per site progress and approvals.
* Any cost saving, omission or addition as recorded on site need to be informed to client for
further action. Workout the values on other payments like recoupment, penalties, NCR’s
etc.,
* Verify the design and shop drawings for the actual take off with respect to Bill of Quantity
and scope of work.
* Evaluate the change order or variation order based on acceptance in principle with the
recommendation and site records.
* Verify the overall site and project budget in regard to claims and adjustments; so that it
can be checked whether a claim will exceed Contract sum or if exceeding then inform to
client.
* To overview, visit the site and check all claims in respect of their validity, correctness,
value, for claims with the budget approval.
* Ensure that the quantity/amount shall not exceed over and above BOQ quantities with
proper documentation of PD/Client’s knowledge of variation in quantities even if the Net
Value is within contract limit.
* Attend all the progress and commercial meeting held in between main contractor,
supervision consultant & client representative and reply the queries based on site
records.
* Familiar with RICS nrm1, 2&3
* Assessing, evaluating and making recommendations related to any financial claim and
providing the necessary input with regards to settling such claims
