I am responsible for the administrative management of educational Primary institutions within Tehsil Pabbi, Nowshera. This includes Primary schools, and other educational facilities.
Implementing educational policies and directives from higher authorities, such as the provincial education department or government, ensuring that they are effectively executed at the Tehsil level.
Efficiently managing human, financial, and material resources allocated to educational institutions within the Tehsil. This involves ensuring proper utilization of funds, timely disbursement of salaries, and adequate provision of educational materials.
Supervising the functioning of schools and colleges to ensure compliance with educational standards, curriculum guidelines, and regulations set by the education department. Conducting regular evaluations and assessments to monitor the quality of education and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitating professional development opportunities for teachers within the Tehsil, organizing training workshops, seminars, and other capacity-building programs to enhance teaching skills and pedagogical techniques.
Maintaining accurate records and data related to educational institutions, student enrollment, academic achievements, and other relevant metrics. Generating reports and statistical analysis to provide updates on the educational status and progress within the Tehsil.
Overall, my role of as a Sub Divisional Education Officer at Tehsil level is pivotal in driving educational development, promoting quality education, and fostering academic excellence within the designated administrative jurisdiction.
