• Successfully lead, directed & managed comprehensive security infrastructure of the
entire bank which has over 60 branches, 10 financial Companies & 100 premises in
UAE. It also has new branches in Egypt & GCC
• Organized, standardized the security infra structure & set-up Security Division, which
included the mobilisation, recruitment, operation and development of the same
• Managed both integrated and standalone security contracts
• Managed huge number of security staff, with a strong focus on Business development.
• Handled projects with a high degree of complexity, which required a firm understanding
of business and the best practices for implementing security structures and controls
• Developed Global Security & Safety Policy & SOP manual in line with international best
practices
• Made training program i.e. fire, assault, hold up, burglary, accidents, disturbance by
customers
• Developed Crisis Management Training Program for Senior Management
• Worked closely with IT & Operation Directors to mitigate risk factors

Cabin Crew/staff related cases, pilferage, cargo theft, baggage related cases, ,

• Imparted Trainings on Fraud Prevention and Cross Boarder Frauds.
• Detect Credit Card Frauds and apprehended perpetrators.
• Lead, direct and manage Critical Operations & Risk Management
• Maintaining liaison with law enforcement authorities at the airport
• Have been thoroughly exposed to diversified and highly organized fraud related
activities which, includes credit cards & misappropriations
• Received various awards and appreciation from the Emirates Airline on different
occasions for detecting & preventing fraud against the company and also for
recovering substantial amount of fraud losses
• Control and evaluate fraud against Emirates Airlines (EK) Network wide
• Analyzing types of frauds and trends to initiate effective preventive measures &
minimize/recover the financial losses wherever possible.
• Apart from the passenger fraud, conducting in-house investigations where staff has
submitted fictitious claims, committed fraud/misappropriated, embezzled and
numerous variants to provide a report with recommendations for approval and
corrective action
• Coordinating with local law enforcement authorities for registering criminal cases
against fraudsters.
• Collating evidences pertaining to the criminal cases registered with Dubai Police and
submitting same to the office of Public Prosecution on behalf of EK.
• Instructor in Emirates Aviation College for 4 years, and conducted Anti-Hijacking,
Explosive Handling, Conflict Management, Handling deportee, disruptive passengers &
Basic Security Awareness courses & got them accredited from GCAA.
• Designed Security SOP-Emirates Airline including cash in transit, valuables & Gold
Bullions for operation world wide
• Developed E-learning AVSEC Training for all out station staff of EK.
• Maintained close coordination with CID & Police.

MANAGER ADMINISTRATION

PAKISTAN STEEL MILL
• Carried out Admin and safety & security duties in Pakistan Steel Mill, spread over 48 sq
km area
• Managed admin functioning of the transport division which had 500 busses and 1800
cars.
• Managed planning of travel, information and data processing, mail, materials
scheduling, distribution, printing, records management, telecommunications
management, security management, parking, energy consumption, service and
personal property procurement, supply, recycling, and disposal.
• Managed and coordinated all the activities with outsourced Vendors for admin support
• Managed support services for organizations as diverse as insurance companies,
computer manufacturers, and government offices
• Responsible for over 200 security staff deployed in project area for 7 days a week in
shifts.
• Extended full support from admin to steel mill projects with special attention to safety
& Security i.e. (construction sites, Steel Making Dept, Rolling Mill, Stores, Blast Furnace
& Raw Material Handling Dept
• Maintained close co-ordination / interaction with senior executive
• Conducted Management board meeting for strategic decisions.
