•Direct and monitor the processing and entry of 700 employees’ source data and documentation; develop and implement policies and systems to ensure the highest standard of accuracy, timelines, and efficiency in personnel records management.
•Handle all aspects of employment functions, including hiring employees, terminating employees and disciplinary actions.
•Processing documents for Employment Visa, Entry procedures, Visa stamping, Labor cards, EID procedures, Medical Insurance cards.
•Provide guidance and assistance to the candidates with the documentation process for Onboarding.
•Prepare and present reports and summaries related to Onboarding of candidates, active employees along with the exit employees.
•Coordinate with the departments for the employees medical and contract renewal procedures as prescribed by the UAE Labor law.
•Prepare dashboards on monthly basis to provide the progress of the Onboarding candidates.
•Maintaining personal files of all the employees.
•Provide assistance to all staff for any queries and concerns received related to the bank’s policies.
•Coordinating with the PR department for the generation of employment relevant documents for new visa, Cancellation of visa, visa renewal and Labour card renewal.
•Maintain appropriate HR related policies, procedures and standards; interface with employees and resolve problems and conflicts as necessary.
•Document Verification / Reference Checks - coordinating for verifying all documents related to employment procedures and processing references checks for selected candidates.
•Ensure compliance with UAE Labor laws. Provide necessary support to clients, operations and management team for compliance.
•Track and be alert on the deadline dates of various types of visas and proactively take necessary actions as instructed by the client.
•Recruitment:
•Work on recruitment mandates from departments, understand business needs and agree timelines.
•Responsible for Screening, reviewing CVs and selection of candidates.
•Strategically sourcing candidates through various modes based on the requirements (ie: Job Boards (Naukri, Monster, websites, Gulf talent, Dubizzle, Jobs Abu Dhabi), Monster gulf, Social Networking Sites (LinkedIn), employee referrals, databases.
•Organize open days and interview settings to identify best talent available in the market.
•General Administration and Exit Formalities:
•Assist in Salary certificate, Salary Transfer Letter and NOC requested by the employees and ensure the requests are met within the timeframe.
•Working closely with other teams particularly Operations, Finance and Payroll to drive and enhance service delivery to the business and employees.
•Exit procedures - Completing termination paperwork, coordinating for final settlement process, Clearance & Exit interviews, and Cancellation procedures.
ACHIEVEMENTS
•Recruited and on boarded over 700+ outsourced employees.
•Designed HR dashboard to provide holistic picture of the whole outsourcing department’s performance and progress on monthly basis.
•Have devised standard operating procedure for Onboarding which includes however not limited to initial CID clearance procedure, offer letters and employment documentation, visa processing and e-filing of employee records.
