• 3+ years of gulf experience in IT Technical support and Programming in SQL and VB since Dec 2010 through all the phases of project life cycle, from initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design, testing through implementation and enhancement of all the internal projects of the company.
• Functional knowledge and experience in Oracle JD Edwards (Sales order management, Inventory management and Procurement)
• Have extensive knowledge in Warehouse Management system, Dell Boomi Integration software, Database Administration and Hand held Terminal applications.
• Proficient in Oracle and SQL database querying.
• Expert in Analysis, design and development of Business Intelligence applications using IBM Cognos Powerplay tools, SQL server 2008 and Oracle BI and creation of automated
E-mails through VB.
• Providing Technical Support to the users across Transmed facilities in Dubai, Riyadh and Jeddah on Infor WMS, Boomi Integration environment and Oracle JD Edwards.
• Conducting trainings to the WH users, sales team and the top management on various applications mentioned.
• Possess leadership qualities along with excellent administration, organizing, time management and team coordination skills.
• Resourceful with good analytical and problem solving abilities, positive approach to work, persistent and action oriented professional.
