• Develop company Vision & mission and business strategy, formulate and implement approved plans to achieve specific medium and long term goals and objectives.

• Supervise and assure optimization of supply chain in respect of feed stock sourcing, production, inventory levels, inventory planning, delivery and monitor quality assurance standards to assure and maintain cost competiveness and achieve sales volume targets.
• Closely monitor financial performance reviews and assessment; evaluate variance and take corrective action as maybe required to assure that key performance and financial targets are on track.

Assure communication of the mission of the enterprise and the best practice performance tools throughout the organization.

• Build and enhance relationship with public bodies, stakeholders, industry specialists, financial institutions, and key account clients. Maintain effective relationships with the management committee. Lead representation of the company at appropriate level locally and internationally.
• Identify expansion and other business growth opportunities, within KSA and the international market.
