o Leading the design & planning transmission team in order to perform the 2G-to-3G upgrade of Alfa Network. (Alfa is one of the two operating GSM networks in Lebanon managed by ORASCOM Telecom)
o Performing full 2G routing upgrade in order to replace all existing Ericsson ML with new Ericsson TN (AMM2p-AMM6P-AMM20P)
- Designing the configuration on new TN (MMU, LTU, ETU ) including the design of internal DDF connections while facing DXX, Huawei PTN, Alcatel SDH
- Performing several 2G rerouting design, especially in Beirut area, due to new buildings blockage
- Maintaining/updating Alfa transmission database: TRM link database, sites configuration, backplane soft routing, ADD/DROP & physical internal connections, Cabinet/shelves configuration
o Planning/Designing full 3G routing for the new 3G service in Afla network - with 29Mbps/NB, layer2 switching and 3/1 data overbooking - including the SW/HW upgrade of the existing transmission links and the new capacity demands
o Planning & designing the requirements for 50 LTE sites with 75Mbps each
o Putting together a complete SID (Site Integration Document) including the new routing & site configuration data, full link budget study report, BoQ data & site's new antennas positions.
o Following up with the onsite integration team, Alfa acceptance team and via the SOM (Service On Element Manager tool) in order to avoid any deviation between the SID and the As-Built configuration.
o Performing an upgrade study for year 2012 which will include the extension of new 500 2G/3G sites.

Orange Moldova (Dec 2010)
o Worked closely along with Moldova's Engineers in order to perform their network migration toward full hybrid IP/MPLS network. Migration included: Routers introduction & configuration, Transmission Links SW/HW upgrade & configuration, NodeB IP traffic migration & routing, ADM rings configuration, Routers statistical Multiplexing configuration, Logical connections configuration (PW, MPLS, MLPPP )

MEDITEL (Orange Group) - Morocco (Jun 2010)
o Conducted a preliminary study/audit of the existing 2G CASA transmission region and provided the upgrade requirements in order to accommodated new Mbps 3G demand as well as new WIMAX demands.
