• Assist in launching SAP Software
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Insure Labor Law and NSSF rules are abided by in all activities (NSSF Leavers, unpaid leave, retirement age letters and annual registration…)
• Update the employees with new decrees published by NSSF and labor related decrees ( Minimum wage, transportation per day etc)
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (stafing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Ensure all new employees are properly registered in NSSF and MOF
• Handle NSSF employee related requests and letters
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, transportation days, leaves, etc)
• Properly handle complaints
• Communicate with branches when needed
• Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes and CV pooling
• Conducting and scheduling interviews, technical exams, hiring and contract procedures
• Conducting reference and security check, ID card issuance and following up with candidates
• Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions
• Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date
• Maintain the departmental email account, responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Track employee attendance, leaves, and remaining balance
• Assist with terminated employees procedure and paperwork
• Share with all employees new internal document such code of conduct, to abide by
