• Resolves day to day issues/queries within the CCTV Team
• Ability to communicate with staff who work shifts.
• Responsible for the CCTV service maintenance contract, determines the level of service and issues default
notices as required.
• Responsible for ensuring all cameras are operational, serviced and able to undertake all functions e.g pan, tilt
and zoom etc.
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Properly escalate unresolved issuesto appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Troubleshoots network problems
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
