Managing a Store & warehouse 30, 000 m2 air conditioning, in
Luanda, Angola
Products handled: Pharmaceutical & Consumer Products.
100% imported products by own Manufacturing units in India,
China & Dubai.

Managing largest turnover mother shop & warehouse of the
country with monthly turn over of, US $ 80k, in Luanda and
across the Angola.
❖ Handle daily shop operations of mother store of the
country.
❖ Movement of product in and out of shop & warehouse
according to FIFO.
❖ Manage Inventory of product, rasing product requisition
to central warehose, manage near to 100 % availibility of
the product at shop
❖ Plan & implement schemes/incentive/gift plans for
customers in to increse sales at shop.
❖ Analyse customer footfall on weekly basis clients calling
for bonus/schemes on produts, maintaing present customer base and building new customer
❖ Timely arranging and delivery of produsts to pharmacy/ Hospital and Clinics.

• Sucessfully acheived Monthly, Quartly target of
the shop for the year 2018 & 2019 & received
incentive for the same.
• Acheived produsts wise sale target of the shop.
• Effectively handled a product inventory of US$ 5
Million/monthly.
• Added new clients to present customer base by
mainting a regular co-ordination with the clients.
• Fill rate at shop- Maintain Stock availability in the
shops with SKU at 95%.

shop & warehouse

Develops hospital staff's pharmacological knowledge by participating in clinical programs; training pharmacy staff, students, interns, externs, residents, and health care professionals.
Complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, and the food and drug administration by monitoring nursing unit inspections; maintaining records for controlled substances; removing outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory; supervising the work results of support personnel; maintaining current registration; studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; advising management on needed actions.
