Accounts:
• Financial Reporting: Monitoring the financial performance of the operation, preparing, and submitting reports through Zamil Expense Manager (Cloud-based expense management system) for the management of both Saudi Arabia & Vietnam and also managing statutory audit of Accounts. Maintaining proper operating expense record for different projects (like - ZSCC project Expenses etc.) in case of need
• TAX & VAT: Managing preparation and submission of Yearly Income Tax return and Half yearly withholding Tax return. Assist to internal & external auditors and implementation of their recommendations. Managing VAT Payments & related approval from relevant Govt. revenue officials.
• Internal Control & Compliance: Assisting group auditors in conducting internal Audit of the operations and ensure implementation of their recommendation.
• Treasury Functions: Managing -
- Working capital and cash flow forecast
- Receipt of remittance from Head office
- All Vendor payment.
- Regular Operation of Bank Accounts.
- Petty Cash
• Fixed Asset Management: Supervising the maintenance of internal controls designed to safeguard corporate assets, handling asset valuation and reporting to the management.
• Cost Management: Assessing current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements and best cost savings options.
- Preparing, reviewing and analyzing weekly and monthly costing reports and managing and reviewing quarterly and yearly costing reports prepared by consultant.
- Coordination and Responding to the inquiries of Country Manager, and inquiries of Accounts, Finance Department of Saudi Arabia Office, Vietnam Office and other offices when needed.
Admin:
• Salary & Other benefits: Calculating Salary, Bonus, incentives, and other employee benefits, obtaining related approval from Vietnam management and making final Disbursement.
• Coordination with the Legal advisors on ensuring all regulatory compliance, like implementation of Labor Law, Company Act etc. Managing Legal Opinion and implementation.
• Drafting and checking various agreements and other inter-official / third party correspondences.
• Play important role for Securing rights of the company and ensuring employee benefits during service and end of service benefits with the same importance.
• Issuing different certificates to the employees in case of need, Managing Business Cards, ID Cards, Letter head etc.
• Dealing & handling contract base employees - their bills, disputes and compliance matters.
• Maintaining Leave and attendance Records.
• Ensuring Medical claim receivables of the employee. Settling claim, payments and filing
• Business Trip arrangements and claim
• Coordination and arrangement on the process of visa, transportation, accommodation, and other necessary arrangements for the Visitors from different offices when needed.
• Co-ordinate demand, supply and procurement of the office supply, equipment, stationery and groceries
• Manage & oversee the regular operations of Admin. Develop staff by managing performance and maintaining strong employee relationships.
• Coordinating the Employee recruitment and retirement process, Job advertising etc.
• Coordinating with the Courier Companies.
• Marketing Items receiving, filing and distribution with proper care.
• Responds to inquiries relevant to Admin. from the Country Manager, Sales and Erection dept. HR and Admin Department of Saudi Arabia Office, Vietnam Office and other offices when needed.
• Maintaining in-depth relations with the vendors
ICMA Partly Qualified. Completed 600 Marks.
