•Maintaining good contacts and relations with the existing customers and updating them about the new projects launched.
•Visiting on periodic basis the various projects under construction for the purpose of getting the latest feedback on the progress.

Initiating contact with carefully selected high profile investors.
Conducting a live presentation to each investor introducing the company profile, highlighting the specifications of the various current and future projects and developments in addition to explaining the details of the investment scheme and its associated expected return of investment.
Recording investors feedback, update and future follow up appointments on CRM.
Coordinating with the travel department for arranging the travel and accommodation of the client as per the agreed travel date and program.
Coordinating with the sales manager for arranging field sales presentation.
Sourcing potential new clients from outside the data base thru external real estate brokers and agents or by establishing new clients directly.
Coordinating with the concerned departments for arranging and signing the necessary agreements for the above mentioned external real estate agents and brokers.
Reporting on monthly basis to the line manager about the overall number of investors expected and sales achieved.
Visiting on periodic basis the various projects under construction for the purpose of getting the latest feedback on the progress.

Buying and selling properties as per clients requirements.
Sourcing the requested type of properties from developers, direct clients and other real estate agencies.
Arranging the viewing of the properties with the respective clients.
Coordinating for the documents necessary to complete the contracts.

Initiating the sales operation of different property types taking into consideration the requirements of each customer depending on the type of property, location and the available budget.
Preparing the proposals as per the negotiated offers with the clients.
Closing of the above mentioned sales operation with the approval of the manager of the sales department.
Following up with the project management and legal departments for the subsequent preparation and registration of the contracts.
Assisting the clients thru all the paper work process by providing and requesting the necessary documents.
Following up for the scheduled payments of the clients and ensuring the timely collection.
Rescheduling of the payments for some clients depending on the progress of each project and the total amount paid by the respective clients.
Reminding the clients having scheduled payments passed about their contractual obligation by means of payment reminders before proceeding to the next phase (legal / cancellation) if required.
Updating the clients about the progress in each project for better understanding and follow up which makes the collection of the due payments easier.
Offering certain clients based on their requests and after the approval from the management other alternatives from the existing projects (or outsourced) depending on the amount already paid and the availability of units in other projects.
Sourcing new clients for bringing new investments to the company by mean of incoming cash flows.
Developing and building good communications with new clients as well as new external agents.
Maintaining good contacts and relations with the existing customers and updating them about the new projects launched or new availabilities outsourced from other developers.

Outsourcing all types of items and goods from local and foreign suppliers. This consists of negotiating and closing the deals, planning the requirements and organizing the timely receipt of the deliveries of various items needed.
•Planning the marketing strategy to attract the maximum number of clients and organizing the best offers depending on the market situation and periods of various holidays.
•Organizing the cash flow of the store in order to cover the required payments of the planed deliveries and any future expansion if required.
•Maintaining good contacts and relations with the various suppliers.
•Organizing the special seasons promotions in coordination with the chosen advertising agent.

Daily update of the price of the various appliances depending on the constant updates of foreign currencies.
•Assisting the customers in their visit to the showroom in order to provide them with the best possible option available as per their requirements.
•Preparing a weekly update of the various items to be ordered. This report is provided to the branch manager for the purpose of requesting the missing items needed for maintaining the minimum stock required.
•Receiving the planned deliveries and organizing the arrangement of the items in their various dedicated display or storage places.
•Coordinating the promotions and advertisements in line with the marketing strategies of the company with the respective advertisement companies.
