Organizational Development
Managing overall HR operations ans policies as Deputy Manager. Being the HRBP I am the single point of contact for personnel management and serving as a bridge between labor/employees with higher management.
Heading HR Unit and managing over 200 employees being deployed in 14 field offices in Six major districts.
Representing HR strategies and suggesting strategic directions in Board of Directors meetings and HR committee meetings.
Have trained more than 26 new hire batches including policy & Procedure training.
Developed HR Manual along with the development of all staff-related policy material (Orientation courses, presentations, rule setting exercises) along with documentation for HR Refresher courses for all field offices (Grants & MFI separately).
Responsibly managed all external and internal staff related communication with Stakeholders, Donor Agencies, and with partner organizations.
Negotiated and improvised better working conditions and environment for employees across the board. Initiated staff EOBI, Provident fund, Group Life, and Staff health insurance and managing all efficiently.
Effectively implemented and modify recruitment strategies to boost up immediate hiring process through unconventional methodologies such as LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Microsoft Youth Development Portal, NIP, HRDN, etc
Formulate payroll and benefits program with an emphasis on comprehensiveness to achieve exact compensation and benefits management system
Strategic Planning.
Formulating business strategies, judicious utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve objectives.
Human Resource Development
Overseeing smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation and development of new employees in the organization.
Handling the development and administration of performance management programs in the organization, including periodic performance reviews and appraisals for all staff members.
Personnel Administration
Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations like Provident Fund, insurance policies, gratuity and pension schemes for the employees.
Supervising activities of the office and maintenance of attendance and leave records necessary for processing payrolls of employees.
General Administration
Ensuring optimum and effective utilization of material and human resources in providing congenial work environment.
Improving the productivity by eliminating discomfort and fatigue in the organization.
Training & Development
Coordinating activities for the identification of training needs of employees to upgrade their technical and soft skills.
Planning for organizing and conducting training and development programmes, in association with the trainers.
With Campuses
• Project managing and initiation of new campus building task among NWA (Network Associate), to achieve the target of maximum campuses nationwide
• Task managing the information flow from client side and parental side and direct it efficiently to head office to get maximum result and on spot feedback
• Act as bridge between campus and company which includes filling of communication gap at both ends.
• Ensuring timely dispatch of lesson plans and during visit to the campuses give guide lines and training of how to deliver lesson plans to the students.
• Explain events and other activities mentioned in the Academic Calendar and Activity Calendar and ensure the proper implementation and compliance of the Academic calendar.
• Record queries and complaints regarding delay in the dispatch of lesson plans also record correction in them.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of guidelines set for mid terms and final exams to the campuses.
• Conduct a formal training for understanding and implementation of these guidelines.
Sales and Relationship
• Ensure timely supply of all items required by the campus at the time of their admission campaign which includes stationary items, advertising material, CD for cable ads.
• Collection of Franchise fees and royalty amount from the campus this should be done with the coordination of Sales and Finance department.
• Collection of Gender wise detail from the campuses of respective region.
• Timely dispatch and receiving of all the Circulars and other documents which are being sent to the campuses by the Head office.
• Coordinate and arrange Teacher training programs and ensure attendance of all the campuses in the respective region.
• Checking and confirmation of the operative and legal status of regional campuses.
• Record any non compliance in the operative and legal status of the campus.
