My role is to provide end to end technical consultation throughout the project which includes,
1) Get details from customer and understand the requirement on the first place.
2) Supervise and evaluate system program needs.
3) Analyze existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods and update customer about the technical limitations in their current process.
4) Designs, support, modifies, documents, implements, installs and supports software applications and systems.
5) Before conducting UAT (User acceptance Test) testing, diagnose and correct errors in an application within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification.
6) Create Use cases modules, end user documentation and operational procedures in order to ensure the correct output and to avoid any end user errors.
7) Closely work with customer to understand their change requests and Communicate changes to developers, by writing a detailed CR request with all technical information and requirements covered.
8) Update and maintain technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures accordingly.
9) Piloting Kiosks applications.
10) Coordinate with development team in maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards.
11) Provide advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities.
12) Provide technical training to Engineers for roll out.
13) Train end user branch employees on application.
I got the privileged to lead projects for middle east region and successfully delivered Bill Payment Solution for two big TNT companies.

Responsibilities: Managing an application from designing to deployment which include.
Conduct meetings to understand the requirement of client.
Design a UML model by using Visio.
Design a Database overview by using Visio.
Design Web forms by using CSS and Master Pages.
Design database using SQL Server 2000 by keeping Normalization concepts in mind.
Design Views and write stored procedures / functions if required.
Generate Reports in excel by exporting data from SQL Server or by converting html to PDF format later using SSRS.

Generate monthly performance Report.

CRD (Customer Relation Department) It records all information and feedback from customers and display performance graphs.
HRD (Human Recourse Department) It records shift schedules and attendance of all staff.
ITMS (IT Management System) I will consider this application my biggest achievement as this application not only record the IT requests raised by other departments and keep track of them but also contain all forms containing project details designed on ISMS standard e.g. Project Plan, Software Requirement Specification (SRS) form, Software Data Design (SDD) form, Test plan, Closure Report, Project Deployment form and Project Status form which shows the current status of the project.
Online CV system: Through which user can apply online by submitting CV and how HR will manage interview accordingly by sending email or sms.

Use Encryption/Decryption and Java Scripts for Security and data filtration.
