Responsibilities:
 Spearheads the complete process of talent acquisition (forecasting of hiring needs, prioritization of request fulfilment, reporting and tracking of activities like sourcing, screening to interviewing candidates) to deliver headcount targets in line with business requirements.

 Effectively implements the established strategy and leads the talent acquisition team with full cycle of talent acquisition process ensuring that there is a talent pipeline.
 Implement employer branding activities to increase brand reach, both internally and externally.
 Sourcing and pre-screening of resumes; leadership of competency-based and situational interviews, negotiation of compensation and benefits, and the execution and issuance of employment contracts.
 Partner with Hiring Managers to create and review job requisitions, defining and validating key position requirements (i.e. education, experience, technical competencies etc.).
 Monitor key recruitment reporting metrics to include time, cost and quality of hire, internal customer satisfaction.
