Responsibilities:
Spearheads the complete process of talent acquisition (forecasting of hiring needs, prioritization of request fulfilment, reporting and tracking of activities like sourcing, screening to interviewing candidates) to deliver headcount targets in line with business requirements.
Contributes in establishing a strong talent acquisition strategy by identifying critical success factors from a talent acquisition perspective, benchmarking and best practices.
Actively collaborate with the business to identify their talent pool and grow future successors, consider gaps when hiring.
Participate in overseas recruitment to maintain a talent pipeline for business critical positions.
Utilizes a variety of online search tools to proactively source talent, create networks and pipelines to accommodate current and future headcount needs.
Enhance and encourage awareness of internal referral program and where required, focused effort on diversity.
Effectively implements the established strategy and leads the talent acquisition team with full cycle of talent acquisition process ensuring that there is a talent pipeline.
Implement employer branding activities to increase brand reach, both internally and externally.
Sourcing and pre-screening of resumes; leadership of competency-based and situational interviews, negotiation of compensation and benefits, and the execution and issuance of employment contracts.
Partner with Hiring Managers to create and review job requisitions, defining and validating key position requirements (i.e. education, experience, technical competencies etc.).
Monitor key recruitment reporting metrics to include time, cost and quality of hire, internal customer satisfaction.
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit
Research into clients company, competitors and market place
Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

Dealing with all AV product of Techno Q, contact the suppliers/Manufacturers for price.
Built good relation with the current Market scenario and companies for support sales and Order.
24/7 on call Support for AMC and Sales requested quotation for the clients.
Assign Engineer and Technicians for on call support.
Focused on Inbound sales to achieve the target
Skilled in using computers programmed with software to perform administrative tasks such as drafting Correspondence scheduling meetings, Manage and keep Confidentiality in all
correspondences, company documents and reports.
Preparation of Customer Survey reports.
Focus mostly on managing the schedules and distribution of any sales documentation.
Prepare the sales quotation on the basis of the requirement of the client and closely follow up for Order confirmation.
Maintain a Clear Report to track the Materials that are shipped. To work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and to develop Sales strategy accordingly.

Consult with practice managers regarding employee turnover, absenteeism, changes in work settings, employee motivation, recognition and other employee-related aspects.
Maintain detailed record of turnover researches and formulates strategies which effectively aid in retention.
Coordinates the training and development programs, arrangement of visas and immigration procedures.
Installation of OS and application software and collaborate with the Exchange server 2007.
•Maintain and access user accounts and create user accounts for Outlook client as per their request.
•Resolve the Active Directory related tickets and support On call once in a month.
•Attended all review meeting and client meeting (Bridge call)
•Developing and maintaining backup and recovery procedures and process as per the client request.
•Working on ticketing system and endow with the solution as per the assigned SLA for all severity level of issues for the clients in timely manners.
•Manage and Test Backups -Check backup logs for execution and periodical perform simulated restorations.
•Admin -Non exchange Servers and services-Create new Accounts, Mailbox, User accounts for Client support.
•Resolve ticket related to Maximo ticketing tools - IBM Standard.
